The Tecno Phantom 6 Plus Camera Review and Image Samples -The Phantom 6 Plus is built with 21 Mega Pixel SONY IMX 230 Camera assisted with true tone dual flash making it an epitome of a professional camera and an 8.0 Mega Pixel selfie camera.
This device boast to be a photography flagship from the company has it prove to serve the need of mobile phone photographers like me.
The 21MP resolution offer a 4:3 and 16:9 preview size respectively. The camera also boast of f/2:0 aperture, 80MP super imaging fusion and optical image stabilization. It does not have a camera button by the side but you can make use of the fingerprint sensor by tap on it when in the camera interface.
The Phantom 6 Plus offers same interface has all Tecno phone running the HIOS, the main interface feature the flash icon, setting icon, camera switching icon, mode icon, beauty icon and image preview icon with essentially the same settings but in a more accessible arrangement it gives a HDR, guideline, shutter sound, delay capture, preview size, GPS location info and gesture shot.
The camera allows user to switch between six different image mode features.
Normal Mode: For taking all your normal pictures.
Night Scene Mode: For taking night shots.
Slow Motion Mode: For shoot a slow motion video.
Panorama Mode: For taking elongated field of view.
Watermark Mode: To add the phantom 6 plus watermark to your pictures.
Super Pixel Mode: For taking larger 80MP (super fusing imaging) images.
I tried the HDR mode with a closer shot and can say that it is not that bad…HDR ON
An 8MP camera with f/2.0 aperture rivals the Camon C7 13MP selfie but no match for Camon C9 selfie camera. The quality is good coupled with soft lens flash. It also offers a wider selfie mode to capture more people when taking selfies with your friends.
The phantom 6 Plus has Panorama mode and images can come vertically or horizontally to deliver a wider format image. Stitching images together was great. I love this feature has it can take that picture even from that impossible angles.
Night Scene Mode
This mode is good when taking pictures in dark or low light condition without using the flash.
